Ok, I am at the last hurdle now. Electrical gremlins are here, probably something really simple but if u know, you can save time:

Headlights work with ignition off, but not when on.
Washer spray not working.
LCD not showing number.
Buzzer goes off even with ignition on warning of lights left on.

Fuses all fine.

I have removed the plug from the interior lights as I wanted to check them. Could that cause it? Don't see how.

Is this a known symptom for something specific blown or shorting out please?

Ok, fixed one issue: Interior lights not switching off. Body shop had trapped and damaged the wire for the rear hatch-open sensor by bolting BOTH front and rear seat belt securing points through the wire. These guys are pure pro's...**** me, how do these people tie their own shoelaces??? RETARDED ****KERS.

Tested the relay to the LCD, it's not that. I don't think it is the two fuses under the dash. Need to check other relays I guess. All the bulbs on the car function.

Ran the engine for some time, it feels uber, better than before and now with the hatch sensor no longer shorting out on the bodywork it seems more stable too.

Still have a few things to try, but if anyone knows anything, plx help.

Have you got power to your pump or power to the washer fuse?

Fixed the the windscreen spray, it was a missing cigarette lighter fuse...

Fixed the LCD as well, was same thing.

Buzzer warning was fixed, can't remember what I did.

Only problem now is the HID headlights go out after a little while with car running. Think I had this once before...
