Oil Change & Tappet Noise

How regularly do you guys change the oil in your Williams?

Also, I've got a bit of a tappet noise so wanted to try a different grade oil to wash it through, what would you recommend, 5W30 semi?

The tappets do get noisy after time, the only real way to quiet them down is to replace them. As for oil id go for a 10/40 semi syth

how much does it cost to replace them?

Ive got a set of tappets i may sell. £60.00, but last time i got a price to fit them it was £150. You need locking tools and so forth to fit them as it is a cams out job.
