Somebody posted up a link to some sort of coating in a small bottle that the likes of Porsche use on their bumper black plastics and brings them back to new looking but I cannot find the thread now,any help please?

I was about to ask you to post some pics of it in your project thread..
So does the shit work on the rubber bumper trim, rook gaitors and rubber bits around the doors?
for 22.50 my shit better be looking as new :lol:

It doesn't work on the rubber, unfortunately. Just plastic.

I was able to do the side trim, door handles, rear wiper, front and back bumper strip things, aerial base, bonnet scoop and the door mirrors.

Still had some left too, so in theory it can do 2 x Clios as I used it on my Z4 when I first got the stuff. So all you need is to find someone to go halfs on it with you :)

Yep will need some for the daily also. thanks for the feedback p4cks.
Just one other question..what did you clean the existing plastics with before applying the shit? some of my trim would have been done with vinyl paint or back to black? I take it it needs a good base?
