RHS - Sub frame mount - options for upgrading?

As title...

Just wondering if anyone has upgraded this mount - replacing the rubber with something firmer (Nylon/aluminium)?

f0xy replaced his with a bit of steel or aluminium that he made

as above, he had some kind of metal shim machined to replace it
