Hi, my oil pressure gauge is not working (properly), and I suspect oil pressure sender needs to be replaced. But can anyone tell where it lives?

Cheers

Dennis

Its on the back of the block behind the exhaust manifold/down pipe. Its a round thing which screws in and has 1 spade type connecter in the top.

thx. And you can't see it when looking down from the top of the engine?

It helps when you know where to look. You should be able to see it tho

Here's a pic, just below the F7R embossed bit is a heatshield & under that you'll be able to see the round black thing with a spade connection on top of it. That's the sensor in question, you can't really see it with the engine in there but it is accessible & requires a 19mm spanner to undo it
