Suspension help

When i turn my steering wheel left or right. The left suspension leg makes a knocking sound. Its sounds like the spring spinning and banging into place. Feels really horrible when driving. Any help appreciated

Jack the car up so you take the tension off the spring then have a wiggle to see if anything is a miss.

I had this on a VRS, when I jacked the car up a piece of spring fell out from the top. I new spring and it was sorted.

Otherwise check all nuts and bolts on the subframe/suspension etc.
