Anti-Percolation Coolant Relay Issues

Hi Guys,
Im having problems with my Williams 2, the anti-percolation collant system is kicking in, even at times when the cars not hot and it wont shut off there for draining the battery.
Its happing quite alot recantly.
Can anyone tell me were the Relay is situated for the system and what Relay it is?

I think the switch for it is in the thermostat housing? I may be wrong, but it could be that and just need replacing.

as above. if the water temp sensor is buggered the aux pump will keep going. not too expensive
