Exhaust fitter said this mount was worn. What is it? How much to replace in parts and labour.

Dog bone mount, very easy to change, costs about £25 from GSF, make sure they get the bolts the right way round!

I've got the Renault Sport mount. If you don't mind the extra vibrations, then it's a must have.

how did you get hold of a renault sport dogmount ?

Was it from the main dealers ?

No, I didn't buy it from Renault. A car shop called Mabo Tuning in Holland sells them.

LOL, my car hasnt seen 90 mph or 5 rpm for about a year. Doubt i need any reno sport rally parts.

Just took one off a J reg 16v and that had a solid rubber bush, will be sticking it into one of my cars very soon.

also for those who dont wanna buy a new mount, if u find a good flexable rubber sealeat simular towhats use on windscreens, u can fill the gaps in on them mount kinda a cheap way to get better mount lol

Main symptom is accelerating then back off and it'll jump out of gear.
