Valver vs Williams front hubs

Does anybody know the differences between the front wheel hubs fron a valver and a Williams(i mean the driveshaft ends - made from cast iron)?

Are they different or not(camber,different distance between damper holes,etc)?

The reason i am asking is the different part number for front dampers that most companies give.

The hubs are exactly the same.
The difference is on the struts themselves and the position of the holes.
