Evening all, im had trouble sealing my down pipe to the decat pipe on my williams since ive owned it and its getting rite on my tits now :D
The bolts are as tight as they will go so i was wondering is there like a flange or something inside the pipe? or can someone shed some light?
cheers
I'm sure there should be a gasket between them. Is there one on yours?

Im not sure as ive never took it off at that end, i changed the exhaust today and there was one on the other end, maybe i should have checked before bolting it all up again :x
Mine blows slightly when I caught it on a raised manhole cover, so will be going into the garage to be fixed.
From memory though, there should be a gasket there I'm sure as the pipes don't sit flush with each other and have a locator pipe.

is the locator pipe a seperate piece or is it integrated into the exhaust? Do you know if there is only one on the downpipe section?
they're part of the cat and are either side of which
