The door card on my drivers side door is flapping, i've tried supergluing it but it just rips more cardboard off.
If I varnish the back of it first, then stick it with glue do you think it will work?

I masking taped the edges of the clothes onto the back of the card. And double-side foam taped the back of the card onto the door. Looks perfect for the past few months.

ah my *cough* rt does that ill try tha tape method. i used gripfill but it just stank my car out for weeks then fell off. lol :?
do you mean the door card insert ?......or the actual door card itself
if its the insert, i tried near enough everything, the only thing that stuck it down was somethin from the dealers which comes on a roll and is generally called by them 'licorice'

lol no nails
Sorry, just read my own post up there. Forgot to mention that the double-sided foam tape I used was 3M's VHB (Very High Bond) industrial tape. Looks exactly like regular foam tape, but its actually a full epoxy tape without the middle foam layer. And, eh... quite expensive too. Sorry about forgetting that bit.
liquid nails and leave it alone for a while!

Fixed it. What I did was soak the back of the insert with fibreglass resin, I then layed up 3 layers of fibreglass mat on it with plenty of resin. I left that to dry for a bit, then gripfilled it to the door. Never coming off again lol.
