I've just had a quote from a local garage of around £200 to supply and fit the main engine mount, and also an engine stabaliser (believe this is somewhere down towards the gear box?). Does this sound reasonable?? Seems a little steep to me, just wanted to check before i give them the go ahead
Cheers
Think the main engine mount is 50 quid anyway, and the other engine mounts are 25 quid each. So that makes about £135 labour.
Just do it yourself mate, Its peice of Piss....
all you'll need is Some good sockets, 16/17/18mm
and a trolly jack with axle stands

Thanks a lot, think i'll buy the mounts and get my "mechanically-minded" mate to lend a hand then, cheers
