hello all my willy3 has been stored in my garage for around 5 years and within the next few weeks ( weather permitting ) its coming out to have the bits sorted to get her back on the road. a new battery is needed and im wondering if anyone can tell me the best one to get where from and what sort of price i should be paying.. any help will be great.....cheers

i got one from halfords, forget the model number battery, but i can get it cheaper as ive got a trade card. and the battery is guaranteed. your more than welcome to pop over to claccers and i can pop down to halfords and get the right one with ya mate. you can save as much as 40/50% on the price with the card.

may well take you up on that offer mate i work around yr way quite often. !!! will be a few weeks as yet also need to find a decent but reasonably priced place to replace a possibly knackered clutch

yeah let me know about the battery mate, i can take a look under my bonnet and see what size my battery is...
