hi can anyone tell me how i can identify the difference between each of the cylinder heads? and would it make much of a difference if the williams cams were fitted to a f7p head? thanks

32mm inlet valves on the R head but the dead give away is to look in the spark plug wells, if there's 2 core plugs in there it's an F7P head, no core plugs= F7R

As for the cams, I've read the answer to that question loads of times but I can never remember it to save my life

Found these pics that should help

Here's my F7P head, look at the little circle bit where the oil is pooled inside the spark plug well, that's 1 of the core plugs I'm on about

Now here's a decent view of the spark plug wells on an R head
