The first one looks aftermarket to me. The second one is the horn.... I think

1st one looks like an amp switch. Mine has one from the previous owner. Thankfully the amp has gone.

2nd one is the horn.

The switch could be absolutly anything that a previous owner has rigged up. Follow the wires and see where they take you. Best to discard as its not a factory item and it looks gash!

The flick switch is part of the Cobra alarm. It puts the alarm into valet mode. That is Original fitment. All williams 2's and 3's should have them.

The button on the end of the indicators is the horn.

I have a clifford alarm though? What does it do in valet mode?

luke. the switch is as northy says, the valet mode switch for the factory fitted cobra alarm, which in your case has been removed and a clifford fitted, so my guess is the switch is now defunct. my willy 3 had one, but had the alarm changed 4 years ago for a toad alarm.

I wish people would post a reply only when they know 100% what things actually do and not guess.

You might have a Clifford alarm now but this is from the original Cobra alarm that was fitted when the cars came to england.

Valat mode cancels the 15second automatic immobilization of the ignition. With the flick switch turned on it will never immobalise.

You will probally find lots of the original alarm are still fitted to the car (as it would be hard to remove)

If you unscrew the nut on the back of the switch, trace the wire back you can remove it.

Your williams 3 should have one !!!! If there is no switch then there will be a hole were one was

And it is genuine Renault fitment. Renault UK fitted all alarms once they came off the ship.

So my Willy 2 should have one? Probably been discarded after all these years as I'm sure there is no alarm on there now!
