Not a clue if they'll be any good for an F7R though :?

They're provisionally sold to someone on here. I haven't had chance to remove them yet as I'm waiting to sort out storage for the car.

From what I was told, the engine they came in had done 10k since being rebuilt & I've been using them for 2 years so aprrox 30-40k to allow for potential inaccuracies from what I've been told

Williams pipers have about half a mm more lift as the standard williams cams are hotter to begin with so when reprofiled they can do so with more lift.

The f7p 270s arent really enough hotter than the standard f7r cams to be worth the hassle although they would still give you some gain probably so if you were building an engine and had both in front of you it would be worth putting them in, but not worth buying some and fitting them, better to pay slightly more and get yours reground, or just fit some 285s which are far better anyway.
