Williams Build number

Another newbie question:

I know the Williams had the little build number plaque on the dash but is there anyway of telling the build number of the Williams 2?

errrrrrr nope im afraid not? but then again i think there may be something on the VIN plate?

Number on the dash in not really related to build number and is never the same as the actual build number on the VIN plate.

You can check your actual build number on the right side of the plate in that oval, it's the number at the bottom

Thanks a lot guys :) the reason I asked is that I saw an add for w2 or 3 in which they stated a build number I think

i think there are a few willy 2's out there that have had a made up plaque put into it, but dont be fooled :D

Number on on the VIN plate is the actual build number. Plaques on the dash were fitted at the later date and do not reflect the actual build order.
