ok so if i lower the car say 30mm what would people recommend for springs for the front.

tbh get a custom set made up to what u want mate, ie -30mm 160lb (std is 125lb)

the choice is yours....

would rather just get some off the shelf jobbies. any recommendations.

most spings in the most sizes are PI Lowering Springs, they do 30/35/55 n 40 i think. Spax only do 35/55 i think n apex only do 35mm

I'd go for PI, only cuz i just brought some. But i got spax dampers. Dont ride low on renault dampers, you will feel a road pebble like gettin shot in the ass
