Hi,

I'm still having problems with a misfire on my Williams.

I've just put a gauge on the adjustable fuel pressure regulator to see it there is fluctuation in pressure, and identify a problem.

The pressure is as stable as anything, and is set to 3bar.

However, should the pressure change with revs? At the moment the pressure stays constant with revs, which i am not sure if this is correct or not.

I welcome any comments on this, as I still want to get to the bottom of this.

Thanks

I've now changed the vacuum hose going to the AFPR, as the old one was split at both ends.

I'm now getting a high pitched hiss noise when i rev the car.

Could this be the sign of a split diaphragm on the AFPR?

The car certainly drives better now the hose has changed, but is still misfiring.

Any help would be much appreciated.
