Has anyone got any tricks for removing rusty ones? I have been spraying WD40 on them and they still wont move. Also I have a F7P manifold and it looks like the only thing I can get inbetween the branches is a ring spanner, unless anyone has found another tool that fits?

Cheers

I had a similiar problem, i had to use all types of extensions and sockets to get them off.

I found snap-on sockets were the only ones that got the difficult ones off, with ease.

they should undo from the cylinder head taking the stud with them. Once they are out get two nuts locked together and hold that end in a vice - then work on the other seized nut. Dont be shy with that blow torch!

I've used allsorts of extension bars with flexible bits in the middle to get to the nuts. Also used small spanners.
