Hi Guys,
After always wanting to own a Clio Williams and a number of time nosing through the pic gallery on this forum, ive decided to get one. Picked up a Williams 2 (wasnt really fussy about which one out of the 3) and it goes really well.
Ive always been into my 205 gti's in the past so thought it was time for a change after owning a Dimma and a standard 1.9 205 gti.
My father use to own a Renault 5 turbo 2 so he's happy with my change over too.
Got a few pics to show you.

Looking forward to getting to know you guys on here and learning about the car. Ive already got an issue with my radiator fan as it's not kicking in when engine is running, only when ignition is off at a high temp.
I'll have a look through some old forums now to see if i can find a answer.

I bought it from a bloke just 20mins down the road, but he never registered his name as he only had it for a few weeks i believe by looking through the history of paperwork. (Think he was a private dealer just wanting to make a quick couple of quid), the previous owner again was from Hereford.
The only thing is the battery has been moved to the boot, and it has hi-spec uprated 285mm front brake conversion. Everything else is standard.

Welcome.

The radiator fan issue will be because the wiring to the plug on the side of the radiator is broken.

You'll need to wire a new plug to the fan switch on the side of the radiator to get it working again.

Small tip: If you go to a scrap yard and find ANY clio breaking, locate the reverse switch on the gearbox (where the passenger side driveshaft enters the box, green plug underneath).

Unplug this, and cut it off the loom with a suitable length of wire. Chop your old plug off and connect this to your existing wiring. It doesn't matter which way around you connect the wires.

Plug the green plug in to your radiator (it will be tight, but it fits), and you should now have a working fan with ignition on.

To test your fan, just bridge the two wires that go to the fan switch plug.

The reverse switch plug has a much better design where the wiring enters the plug, so is much less likely to break again in future.
