What would you go for and why?

Going to buy one for my williams, not sure which one though.

I've gone Valver and having problems, hopefully sorted tomorrow, with some serious butchered welding.

Just read your post after putting this up, LOL

I thought a valver would fit properly without bastardising? Engine, componant domensions etc are all the same as 1.8 lump I thought????

Surely the supersprint would give the same torque though being 4-2-1, same as valver. As opposed to williams 4-1

If the valver ones as good as all the tuners reckon, then I would go for that and put the money you've saved to something more needed.

You mean low down torque? Williams manifold (4-1) provides more upper rev band torque, valver lower rev band torque.

Really depends how you drive your car. If your good at keeping it on the boil and / or do alot of trackdays, id stay Williams 4-1. If your a lazy ass talentless driver who always gets the wrong gear, then go valver :wink:

The 4-2-1 by supersprint gives more torque / power because it is a wider bore.

go for a supersprint mate, you won't regret it:

iv stuck with the willy manifold......doesnt seem to have lost me any speed or time than the valver manifolded variety...or the supersprint equiped ones......



u pays ur money......u takes ur choice

id like a new manifold....as every1 who has one raves abt it? i hope when i get one it will be as godd as people make out. how much better, more bhp, more torque etc will valver one give, as that will be damn sight cheaper than a supersprint one? has anyone ever used both? ask mat brown as he ran a willy engine on a valver manifold.
