Valver Box stuck in 3rd?

Just bought a valver stuck in 3rd gear.... not that im worred but thought id ask if anyone on here has ever suffered this. The linkage under the box all works fine (must have come of the selectors inside)

yup, sent it to agency transmissions and they said the fork was in bits
