Missing bolt

Will a missing bolt from the rocker cover cause any problems?! Should still be airtight I guess[/b]

There's a possibility it could leak a little bit or a lot or not at all, get a replacement anyway :wink:

Nothing worse than leaking though?! Loss of pressure, etc?

Worse case if it's a bad leak, if it's 1 of the inner ones missing, the spark plug wells could fill with oil & make it misfire a bit or could leave a bit of a mess.

Just keep an eye on your oil level & the area around the missing bolt until you get chance to replace it, but you could get lucky & it wont leak at all

It's not airtight anyway. The oil pressure comes from the bottom end and is lost in the upper engine thought the breather pipes.
