I've got some OEM cams here but I've been told different things and am not sure if they are Willy or Meg. I think they are Meg as they look like they may have different marking to the other Willy cams I have in my spare cylinder head, but how do I tell?

As the meg runs wasted spark I would assume that megane cams wouldn't have the notch on the exhaust cam for the dizzy?

when manufacturers remove the dizzy they dont normally go to the expense of changing the cam when it will work fine as it is.

Wobba, measure the cam lift:

F7P: in 9.17mm
F7P: ex 8.56mm

F7R Williams: in 9.83mm
F7R Williams: ex 9.07mm

F7R Megane 2.0 in 9.09mm
F7R Mgane 2.0 ex 8.71mm

if I'm right.
