Hi all,

Last night I got in the clio and all the dash lights were not working. I got ou the car and noticed one of the rear lights were out. I have checked the fuses and one of the rear light fuses had blown so i replaced it with a red 10A and it blew again.

Any ideas ? the dash light fuse was intact. Are the dash and one rear light connected in the sam circuit.

Any ideas would be gratefully received..

Cheers mate. I know this sounds weird but the original blaupunkt stereo that they come with has a plug in the back, I wonder if me fitting an aftermarket stereo has caused all this agro???

Did you ever get done to the bottom of the problem. I've got the exact same electrical problem as you.

The dash and sidelights on the passenger side (front and rear) are on the same fuse

Its doing my head in. If I replace the fuse and turn the lights on without the engine running but the ignition on, the dash lights work fine. It's not til I start the car then the 10amp fuse blows.
