My new arrival. Chuffed to ****ing bits with this.

2.0 16v.

**** me does it torque steer. Its an animal. My 16v NEVER used to torque steer like this thing.

Its mint. Bodywork is mint apart from a little bubble where the bumper comes round from the rear to side panel and on either door round the top, theres an issue where the lacquer has come away, unless someone has tried to get in it.

ZERO rust on the arches from what I can see.

What it has:

2.0 16v
Limiter Raised to 8000Rpm
Leather Interior
Lightened And Balanced Flywheel - have to take previous owners word for
Lightened And Balanced Crank - have to take previous owners word for
Leather Interior

I plan to:

Fit Ph2 fogs
Fit Ph2 grill
Fit Coilovers
172 Widetrack
19 16v Turbines in black that I have
Probably get rid of the induction kit affair thats in there now

Only one issue with it, hums of petrol inside the cockpit, so rich. Any ideas? Doesnt seem to from the bay, no smell at all. And no leaks round injectors?

I saw this too, looked nice. Few bits to sort, and I am not convinced the air feed is in the best place.

I think its got bad heatsoak tbh Wobba. Will be removing next weekend. Its almost there for scuttle relocation so may go down this route.

Check under the rear seat. There is an access cover there which you need to remove. Then check below that to the fuel pump fitting and sometimes the ring is broken or not done up properly and fuel/vapour can leak out there and you would smell petrol inside the car. Or there could be a leak from the pipes themselves where they connect to the pump unit.
