I'll be using a standalone ECU, but I don't want to butcher my perfectly working standard loom in case I ever wanted to go back to standard.

I will have to mod the loom to fit more injector wires (8 injector setup), standalone ECU plug, etc...

Question is, can I use R19 loom, because I don't want any added hassle with things like starter motor, alternator, reverse light switch,... I just want this to be plug and play. :lol

Help!!! :D

I think the R19 loom might be very slightly different, possibly around the thermostat housing area..

Can anyone confirm this?

The ecu lies in another place in the engine bay...

Somewhere behind the n/s driver light...

I know where ECU is on 19 16V, I used to own 2 lol. I just didn't know if everything else fits ok, so that all clocks inside the car work, etc.

Great news then! :D
