anyone shed any light on this car? was owned 10 years by last owner. plate looks familiar?

Owned by somebody near me. Has had both arches resprayed, not the best job. Has a slight dent on osr arch and front bumper is scuffed. Believe it was on 69k miles, and had about 11 months MOT. Said he also just had the cambelt done but no proof. Wheels need a refurb. Only mod is an exhaust.

Last I heard he said he got £1400 when traded in and bought a Subaru I think!

Cheers mate. Yeah looks a bit rough around the edges, arches look mint(were they rotten before?) but Will suit me for a project :0)

Yeah probably had some rust before hence the spraying.. it's not badddd just don't pay too much for it!

Hmm...non original stickers, wrong positioning, wrong Mk1 bump strips from valver?, bump in rear arch, Ph2 rear tailgate strip, overspray on inner rear nearside arch(?), no door pillar sticker, badly sprayed front grille and eyelids, broken aerial(?), offside alloy wheel cap missing.

Yea, might be worth a grand.

I offered him £1200! ONLY because of the mileage, it doesn't need work though! And looking back, i don't think i'd pay £1200 hmmm
