The other week when i was taking the manifold off and undoing the two bolts at the flange from the downpipe to the cat, i got one out and then the whole exhaust dropped of the previous owners bodged hanger at an angle snapping the carner of the flanges so can't secure a nut and bolt through it anymore :x

haven't got anypicture of the damage but basically the whole corner on each has broken off completely!?

I've seen on ebay repair stainless flanges quite cheap so thinking of buying two, then cutting the old ones off and welding the new ones on.

does anyone know the size i need / the diameter hole in the centre? :?

I may actually have flanges at home that are brand new which you may be able to use. I will check.
