Its a bit more than "being a problem" trying to run without the crank sensor, lol

If you make up a bracket to hold it in the same place though (easiest would would be to just smash the top part off a fecked valver box, not like they are in short supply!) then it would be fine to start.
you'll need to do the same with the starter motor as well of course to actually get it to turn in the first place though, unless you have modified it to be cartridge start, LOL
