williams starter motor

does any other clio model use the same starter motor as the williams?

No.

You can get a valver one to fit with a bit of grindingif you are stuck but it tends to mean it just ends up transferring even more heat into it and becomes less reliable.

i put a starter of a 97 2.0 laguna on my 16v and it fitted fine.its far smaller and is about half the weight and sounds really cool when starting.

1.4rt starter- lasted 5 min
16v- reliable
Laugna- reliable
