Rusty Arches

I currently drive a Williams 2, had it for over a year and have had very few problems with it. However rust has began to eat away at both rear arches and completely ruins the look of the car. I was thinking about replacing the 2 pannels with ones from a standard Clio of same age. Does anyone know if they are the same/ if they will fit??

The rear arches are different to poverty spec models. Willy and 16v ones are beefier. They can be moulded by a good bodyshop from what I hear though.
