Quick question about Williams 3

I have just purchased a Williams 3 and I have a question about the dash.

There is a LCD screen above the petrol and temperture gauges, can anyone tell me what this is for or does, it doesnt seem to be working, but just wondering what its for.

its for the outside temperature

mine went a few years ago and i took it to a renault mechanic and he changed the sensor piece, wasnt cheap if i remember, not essential but nice to have working all the same

Could just be the bulbs gone, shine a touch on it and see if you can see any figures.

8) good idea that! I seem to remember mine was flashing with the maximum temp reading and not blank,

thats the sensor in the wingmirror, grab a valver one for a coupla quid from scrappers and chop the new sensor in :-)
