Oil pressure gauge working intermittently

Hi all, after a bit of advice, my oil pressure gauge on my willi 2 only works sometimes, it raises normally on start up then just comes in and out.
Any ideas how to fix this, is it the sensor loose or knackered if so can this be adjusted or replaced, you Advice is appreciated

Probably the pick up sensor on the back of the block just under the manifold on the right near the cambelt. Sometimes the connector comes loose. I would recommend cleaning it up with electrical spray. Mine did this alot last winter but was fine in the summer or when the engine was warm.
