Can anyone recommend an engine stand suitable for our glorious F7R powerplant please? I seem to have engines building up around my feet and want to keep one off the ground to work on.

Cheers!

Yea. It's a barely run in 12.5:1 F7R700 block with ported head, all built by Nick Hill with forged steel Wossner internals, oversized rings and new bearings and pump. Yes.

Depending on how my APD head looks when I crack my engine open depends on whether I will use the Hillpower or APD head. Both are Megane 714 with bigger valves.

After fitting I want to rebuild the current Megane bottom end. I think it may only need new rings, but I'll check.

Quite a bit of work to do, but I am excited as it will push me over 200 bhp I think. Should be a fun summer!

While you have both heads off get them flow tested, then just use the better one, i have the machinemart engine stand with the 2 legs, U shaped, worked well for me, not needed now £20 and its yours.
