Got onto the discussion at work today, those cars you'd sold and then wish you hadn't. Only two for me. My first Williams and my focus saloon.

Both still on the road somewhere :D

My Renault 19 16V. One of the best examples in the country. Sadly it had to go to finance Williams purchase.

But of all the cars I miss my dad's Ford Sierra Cosworth 4x4 the most. That was the best car he ever owned. (he doesn't share this opinion with me) :P

No pics but my old 309 GTI - it had been tuned by skip brown and was minter than mint. Wasn't the quickest but so much fun to drive and handled like a dream... 8)

Wish I hadn't scrapped my 'a' reg Mini Mayfair, 1.0 In brown. By the time I scrapped it it had a stylish Le mans green (Bright) roof, Ford radiant red bonnet, a midnight blue wing and a primer grey one. I really didn't care about what it looked like but loved to drive it. One of my parents mechanic friends brought it round to view when I was 18, I thought it looked orrible, took it out for a spin in the rain, tried to handbrake 90 degrees round a corner and it insta-spun 180, after playing a bit more I had to buy it for fun factor (And cheap and £150)

I'm not sure there are any of my old cars I would buy back, but there are some I would perhaps not have sold... My 5 GT Turbo was mint when I sold it in 1995 so it would have been good to still have that. I regret selling my '85 BMW 325i coupe as I only got 250 quid for it and it was still running sweetly but I needed the driveway space. I'm in two minds about the old 405 race car - it was a love/hate thing as although I enjoyed competing in it it broke down at nearly every event

I've not sold a car in years now though - just store them away for future attention.
