Any one know what sort of gains this gives? I know power is related to the rate air can be drawn in but does a bit of a pollish (OK and a grind) make that much difference?

If anyone's had this done does it give power across the band or just at high revs or...?

I'm not disputing it makes a difference whether it big or small, I just can't fathom it! :)
