View Full Version : Refurbing the plastics
Hi all,
I'm going to display the car at a charity car show next month and the external plastic parts are looking rather grim, especially the roof rails, whats the best solution to get them looking good again apart from buying new ones. Would like to use something that lasts if possible.
Thanks
Jaymz
Wet and dry
Plastic Primers
Satin Black paint
Lacquer
Probs best to get new clips aswell.

Apparently its in the oils!
That Wurth product isn't available anymore apparently according to the Wurth guy over here, but a friend is going to sort it all out for me with a product he uses, tks anyhow guys.

Cheers for that mate, looks good.
If you get it, practice a bit with the ratio of water to dye or you may have to do it again! Also, always for the skuttle give the corners a good clean first!
Hey Coops, you could try it,if you dont like it, you could always lick it off.
