main rails that hold floor etc.

you mean the chassis rails on the bottom of the boot floor

You'll find they're called longitudinals...or longi's nowadays.

not looking good so far...
searching high and wide.
bloody hell thats major major work to change :shock: is that picture of your car?
How is the boot floor in that area and where it meets the wheel arches ?
Can you not just replace the metal where it has gone. As the panel leads into the rear sill section / jacking point and i can almost guarantee that you will need rust repair in there once you get going.
I would doubt that you would be able to source a second hand section.

eye i know mat, its a very hard repair to do. rear Jacking points off, then drilling out all the spot welds.
i would just let new metal in to the leg where you need to. This is serious work to do to change the full leg
Can i ask why the full leg needs to be changed ???
