Hi

I am replacing my Water Pump on my Williams II.

However I can only get to 7 or the 9 bolts holdings the old one in.

Does anyone have any experiences with this, and can tell me how to get the pump out and new one in.

Thanks in advance.

You need to remove all the PAS brackets.

Once you've removed the brackets and the PAS pump etc you can clearly see the water pump.

You also have loads of room around it to work, the problem comes when trying to remove the pulley from the water pump to access the bolts.

You'll need to jack the engine up/lower it down until you can get the pulley off, then you can remove the water pump and replace. Refitting the pulley was easier as the aftermarket water pump i fitted was slightly different.
