williams wheels question

i have been trying to sell my williams wheels and people keep asking me if they are the magnisum type from a cup car.my question is did clio cup cars have mags on them? or is this just a rumor

Whats the difference between these and standard Willy wheels other than the fact they don't have the recesses for centre caps?

The rumour was they are lighter but that is not the case.
