I need help with my sunroof (and its NOT a leak)

My sunroof needs attention very soon!

I was closing it from the fully open position when it started clicking, I noticed that it hadnt closed square as the glass on one side was closer to closing than the other, to cut a long story short, I cant close it now. The motor spins around but nothing is happening. I can slide the glass manually but cant close it tight. When I drive the wind is whistling in my ears!!

Help! Any ideas or guidance would be very grateful.

Having a spare hour this morning I have managed to remove the plastic surround, sunroof motor etc. I found that the small cog thats situated in the middle of the pulleys had gone out of shape due to the failure of the cir clip that holds the shaft in place! All the cogs+gears are in good shape and now lubed up ready rebuilding, when I get a clip that is!
