Megane vs Williams Cam cover

Can you put a Williams one on a Megane head ? The sealing surface looks exactly the same so i dont know why people say you can not do it as it will leak ?

I was thinking you could use the willy cover, the only difference being the gasket as the Megane uses that small red rubber one instead. Other thing is obviously the ignition system and coil pack...

Dont use the Megane coil pack so thats no issue. Will use liquid gasket as the normal ones leak ..!!!
