Clio_Squeak's Hybrid and Lukey Boy's 172

[Squeak]

First pics i have taken of GLP and also got a few of lukey boy's 172. Still a few more things to do then ill be happy. Comments/critisms opinions what ever dont mind. I know its not to everyones tatste but its my car so no to bothered lol :P

EDIT: Tape over the headlights and foglights has now been removed

what engine mounts are you running?

R5 gearbox mount
Modified 5th Mount (not foxys)
R5 Rear Mount
Standard Battery Tray Mount.

Highly recommend to all even if my 5th mount did chew threw 2 bottoms hoses lol.

Why you didn't fit top engine mount? Because of looks?

Engine bay looks wicked. Very original looking.

I also think the turbines work pretty well on the mk2 as well.

Because i removed the PAS plus my top mont was shot i tried it with and without and didnt really see any benefit from using it. The subframe mounts are more than adequate. Because it made no difference i removed it as i think it looks beter. Plus easier acess to the cambelt which i need to recheck now i have done 500 miles.

Daz each to thier own lol. I still have all the 432 bits so im not to worried as when i do get bored of it i will swap it back.

Love the white wheels and clear indicators, when I get my spare Speedlines refurbed I'm going white.

Not so keen on the White grill / fuel cap / wing mirrors.

do like the cleanliness of the white engine bay and interior, the wiring / battery box / fire extinguisher looks good.

looks good, but no need to install a earth cable all the way from the battery to the engine bay.

I did this because i had trouble in TKY when i did not run an earth all the way back the car would not start properly.
