New pistons not available?

Tried pricing up a new set standard and oversize pistons for F7R 714 and you cant get them aparently.

I may still use the ones i have yet but i have a problem i may not be able to fix

thing is cost wise they would cost the same as forged piston anyway..

and you can have them in standard / any compression so why use a new standard set..

I thought forged would be massively more expensive. I'm not going for big power so was sticking with standard.
Who can supply me with prices for forged then? And will I need rods and bolts also ?

New are avaible from renault but are costly:

New F7R 714 piston ( B marking only avaible )

: 7701681276 price : £141.50 each

so would be a fair bit cheaper to go aftermarket , wossner etc at about £450 new

Direct from Renault they will be expensive. But a collegue of mine bought a set of pistons for a vw sourced from an engine shop at £60 each.

Anyway if I can fix my problem then il keep the original pistons, if not then it will need a rebore and my bank will be crying
