Unfortunalty i had no other choice than to buy new - So i broke out the old magic card and 24 hours later i was skint!

But just look at these beauties. Tonights house airfresher is 'fragrance of rubber'

Must admit im suprised how little 'meat' is on them to say they are new. The second hand ones i was getting were not all that bad looking backing on them.

Above are Britich Touring car slicks, looks like they have been run too low pressure and or running no negative camber..........

Indeed they are Steve, check you out 8) :lol: just wasn't running enough negative camber to suit Combe is all. Wasn't a big deal for that guy as he took 12 wheels with slicks on to that day, so not short of spares :lol:

Know my onions (well tyres)....... :wink:

Trackcars even used on the road generally need min of 2 degrees to stop the thrashing of side walls....Rallycars at 3.5deg and side wall get a bashing but even tread wear.
