My shaft looks lovely thanks Brun.
Since I didn't make the track day thourght I would pop up and pick it up only just got back.

Ps its the right sized one and it comes with a new driveshaft pin which is even better.

I know what you mean but I have no reason to suspect it.
Anyway its the gaiters etc which are the problem and CV joints the shafts metal are fine for ~300lb standard so even a few MM thinner (even though all the strenght is in the last few mm)

I've just measured it its ~3cm diameter and ~9.5cm circumference. which sounds enough.
There thicker than the dci shafts which are good for over 200lb (some tunned 65's have reached this amount of power). Dci shafts look about 22mm thick but difficult to get a proper tape mesure under the car.
well they are the shafts listed for the Williams from our supplier at work, i stressed time and time again what car they are for so they should be correct

yep they look fine.
After all even if they are thinner hat makes them lighter and so the cars quicker.
If 22mm diamter is good enough for 200lb toque than 30mm is fine for 150. I've never seen anyone crack a driveshaft due to a thin diameter driveshaft.
