A good quality 10w 40 semi/synthetic is fine.

Motul/Fuchs.
Renault use Total/ELF.
Avoid Castrol.

your turbo'd, doesnt count ;-)

i use cheap 15/40 semi synth from the motorfactors, think its comma, does the trick!

10w/50 pro s similar to diditno in the turbo

I wouldn't spend big £'s on expensive oil, I went through that phase when I first bought my Williams, waste of money imo. In fact some of the more expensive oils (Mobil 1 for example) was horrible oil.

Regular changes are the key.

I only use Helix Ultra as I get it cheap from CES in Chester. I have also used Helix semi syth which is good and fairly cheap.
