Williams 3 - N719 JGT - anyone know??

Guys, I have been offered a willy 3 for a reasonable price.

Its on 126k, but the seller says its got FSH, drives well, no smoke and good oil pressure.

The pic of the interior shows no plaque under the hazard light switch though. Did they have a plaque?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Plaques and numbering were on the Williams 1 only.

Its got a big scuff on the front bumper too.

Not for me, I'd rather spend that on a valver/hybrid and get a mint one
